This Privacy Policy explains how Killshill (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access killshill.ai or use any of our services. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth identifiers when you sign in with Google).
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, influencers followed, watchlists created, and interactions with signals and leaderboards.
• Device and connection data: browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, and crash diagnostics.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card or bank details on our servers.
• Communications: emails, support tickets, and messages you send us.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
• To verify influencer accounts and audit trading signals using our AI truth system.
• To personalize your experience. For example, surfacing relevant signals or remembering filter preferences.
• To send service-related communications such as security alerts and billing notices, and, where you have opted in, marketing or product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, email, and payment processors that act on our behalf under contract.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Killshill, our users, or the public.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where data is transferred subject to this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage and pixels) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies via your browser settings and decline non-essential cookies from the consent banner shown on your first visit. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate platform usage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

We apply industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Killshill is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
