Terms of Service

By accessing or using killshill.ai or any related service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@killshill.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Killshill tracks the accuracy of public trading calls made by influencers across social platforms. We audit calls, outcomes, and deletions using an automated truth system, then surface that information on leaderboards, signal pages, and analytics dashboards.

The Service is informational only. Nothing on Killshill is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend any security, asset, or trading strategy. Past performance shown on our leaderboards is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Influencer rankings and verification badges are based on internal criteria including signal volume, accuracy, deletion rate, and public engagement. Inclusion on a leaderboard does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship of an influencer by Killshill.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, or attempt to manipulate rankings, signals, or audits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without our written permission.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or target any individual or group.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.

All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on the Service are owned by or licensed to Killshill and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information shown is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Killshill and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Killshill from any claim, demand, or liability arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Killshill is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
